Signed Books Available Until December 31, 2025

Dear Friends, We have released a carefully chosen selection of signed books from our family archive for the holiday season!

The five titles, hand-signed by Tasha before her passing in 2008, are available now. This season, we're offering The Night Before Christmas, The Christmas Cat, Corgiville Christmas, The Dolls' Christmas, and A Time to Keep.

Corgiville Christmas and the Little Brown editions of The Night Before Christmas were the last two books Tasha published. As they were released at the end of her career, fewer signed books exist.

In the early 2000s, Tasha’s family gathered for afternoon tea every day. First, Tasha’s grandson, Winslow, replenished firewood for the cookstove and for the fireplace in Tasha's art room. Winslow’s wife, Amy, filled the empty teapot with hot tap water to warm while heating fresh cold water on the cookstove and set the table with the antique blue teacups. As the tea steeped, Tasha's son Seth struck a match to light the candles. His wife, Marjorie, would often bring needed groceries. We warmed our hands around the handleless cups and shared amusing stories from our days.

At the time, our family website offered all books as signed books. After tea was finished, Tasha often inquired if any books had arrived. If books had arrived, Tasha remained in her rocking chair, her feet warming by the woodstove, a shawl around her shoulders, and a wool blanket tucked over her legs as she signed books for the family enterprise she’d started, in one sense, back in 1938 when her first book was published and in another, in 1999 when she founded Tasha Tudor and Family, Inc.

After Tasha's passing in 2008, we placed the signed books into a family archive. Occasionally, we offer a select few of these precious treasures for sale. We hope you find a title for your collection, or perhaps, a most excellent gift for a Tasha enthusiast in your life. These five titles will be available until December 31, 2025, unless they sell out before then. As always, thank you for supporting our small family business.
