Bathtime Print

This painting shows the warmth and tenderness of the Saturday night bathing ritual prior to the invention of indoor plumbing. Tasha Tudor's children remember this experience distinctly. They say one side of your body would be icy cold, while the side facing the fire would be too hot. This image was originally published years ago as a Christmas Card and reprinted in the Jenny Wren Press era.
